Together with The Farm Technology and Services Department (FTSD) conducted a three-day Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Training in Batac, Ilocos Norte.
“You are the cream of the crop. I urge you to internalize by heart this technical training”
Said Dr. Giovanni B. Palabay, Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Administrator for Operations during the opening program.
“The drone is very helpful in documenting accurate data on areas planted to tobacco thus more accurate computation of expected volume produced by every local government unit”, remarked Ms. Luzviminda U. Padayao, Department Manager III of NTA-Ilocos Norte Branch Office during the opening.
FTSD OIC Manager Engr. Randy I. Abella gladly awarded certificates of completion to the 17 participants.
